MEET YOUR COACHES
Vanessa Oly is a women’s health nutritionist, fertility awareness educator and the founder of Root & Remedy Wellness. She works with women to support hormone balance, gut health, fertility and long-term wellness using simple, science-based strategies. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, and she’s known for her down-to-earth, compassionate and no-BS approach to health.
She also hosts the Root & Remedy Podcast and is the Head of Events & Partnerships at Ovry, a Canadian reproductive health company.
Her passion lies in running community events that make reproductive health and wellness education more accessible. From workshops to expert panels, Vanessa creates spaces where people can learn, ask questions and feel seen.
Courtlyn Arsenault is a women’s health and strength specialist and the founder of Lift Lab Wellness—a space where women build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and a better understanding of their health. With a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she’s spent years learning from top educators, attending leading conferences, and deepening her expertise in what women actually need to feel and look their best.
After working in the industry for years, Courtlyn saw a clear gap in how women were being supported. She’s worked primarily through 1:1 coaching and group programs, combining movement, education, and mindset in a way that’s straightforward and transformative.
She takes a deep interest in the root causes behind women’s health struggles—from gut health and hormones to stress, sleep, and daily routines—and helps women understand their bodies, see lasting results, and take control of their health.
